Welcome to Crew's Art Portfolio
Growing up, watching my grandpa draw inspired me to draw. At 9 I started drawing more seriously, taking small tips from my grandpa based on using shapes and tools to draw. Currently, I am 13 in 8th grade and hoping to continue to grow my skills. Hope you enjoy my art!
Rooster
2026 - 13 years old
During this creation I tried to hone in on detail and hyper realism. Near the eyes, and the head of the rooster, where each scale matters, this was the most challenging concept.

Self portrait
2026 - 13 years old
In this drawing I tried to grasp the concept of human heads. This was tricky because of proportions of the nose, ears and eyes. This was first try at a portrait, so this was hard to create the depth of a shadow without making it too distinct from the rest of my face.
Eye
2025 - 11 years old
I felt very intrigued by the human eye and wanted to capture its realism. What was challenging was capturing the unique design in the iris.

Roses
2025 - 11 years old
I was inspired by the garden that my grandfather tends to, and decided to draw my own. The tricky concept was that each rose had to be intricate including the design, and shadows.
Wall-E
2026 - 12 years old
This is one of my favorite Disney characters, so I felt inspired to create this in memory. Creating the rogue designs for the neck parts and body was challenging.
Snake Head
2026 - 12 years old
This snake made me enticed by their almost luring eyes. The real challenge here was to create balance in the shadows of the scales.
Buddha
2025 - 11 years old
I was inspired from the statues at my grandparent's house, and decided to try and recreate it on paper. This was my first attempt at a face, so drawing the shadows that corresponds to the light was challenging.
Headphones
2025 - 11 years old
Incorporated with my life constantly, headphones seemed like an interesting concept to draw. As I was younger, I had not been perfect with proportions, so creating the perfect size for the headphones for the distance that it was from the picture was challenging.

ASL "I love you"
2025 - 11 years old
This drawing was my first attempt at a hand. The challenging concept was creating the perfect lines and shades that make your hand look natural.

My Bunny
2025 - 10 years old
Shortly after my pet bunny passed, I felt inspired to memorialize him. This was challenging because I had no experience with fur or hair.

Halloween Pumpkin
2025 - 10 years old
Before Halloween, I wanted to create a memorable picture to mark this event. Creating it overall was simple, but creating the depth in the shadows was difficult.

Floral Turtle
2025 - 10 years old
I felt inclined to do a sea animal, as we can from the beach. I decided it can't be a normal turtle but a true work of nature. Finding a natural way to put flowers on a living being was tricky.

"Sans" from Undertale
2024 - 10 years old
This is where I started to play with and understand the concept of shadows. Creating the texture of the jacket was challenging.

"Papyrus" from Undertale
2024 - 10 years old
This is where I started creating animated characters. Understanding that shadows can't be placed anywhere was a challenging concept for me back then.

Skull
2024 - 10 years old
I started to learn about how to make a drawing 3d. Making the teeth sell as 3d was difficult for me at the time.

"Dipper" from Gravity Falls
2024 - 10 years old
I made this for my friend for his birthday. As it is his favorite character. Creating the proportions for his eyes and hat was tricky for me when I was younger.

3d Spiral illusion
2024 - 10 years old
At school, it was a project to create an illusion. This illusion has discreet shadows and lights that trick you.
